Ah, Chocolat!Chocolate is a great motivator. Host a chocolate dessert fellowship for your leadership to say "Thanks! You are a SWEET addition to our leadership team." Remember to tuck some attractive certificates of appreciation into your portable file folder to carry to the fellowship.

Our group is young, just finishing our 2nd official year. From the begining we would bring chocolate to share as we worked. Once when a topic was very complicated and we were weary, on of us called out, "All in favor, say, 'CHOCOLATE!'" Ever since, that is always how we vote. It has become a fun thing we share as friends and co-laborers. By the way, did you know that STRESSED spelled backwards is DESSERTS?
