Taming the Gossip Monster!If you hear gossip, do not be intimidated.
You can diffuse the negative talk with a strategically-placed, simple, positive statement. . . or, if you can't do that, just walk away. Standing there and listening only serves to feed the gossip monster.

I am glad you brought this up. We have been wanting to post some encouraging, biblically based, policies onto our website and within our newsletter to discourage gossip. We will use a Bible verse to reinforce the 'rule.' Thanks for spurring me to action! Ya'll are the greatest.
